The AP-511/521 card readers provide controlled access to 32 floors, using up to 4 AEL-12/24, 8 floor control modules. AP-511/521 readers work with access system controllers such as the AP-550 system or the AAM-16/20/80 alarm/access multiplexer systems. The AP-511/521 receives a list of accessible floors from the access system controller, activates the appropriate outputs and signals the requestor to make selections. Other features include 127 elevator access levels, Day/night mode, 127 time zones, prox/bar code/barrium ferrite readers supported using API module, 16 elevator cabs per system, supports local floor list in case of a communication failure.
