ASUSTOR Inc., a leading innovator and provider of network storage solutions, has announced recently that it has integrated with renowned camera brand AVTECH, becoming the first NAS vendor to offer comprehensive support for AVTECH’s latest Push Video camera series including support for the AVN813 and AVN701 models, the newest in the series. After setting up their surveillance systems, ASUSTOR users will be able to receive instant push notifications on their mobile devices in the event of any disturbances, allowing them to closely monitor the latest developments.

All ASUSTOR NAS devices come equipped with Intel® Atom™ dual-core processors, combining supercharged performance with low power consumption, making it an optimal platform for constructing surveillance systems on. Additionally, through ASUSTOR’s App Central, users are free to browse, download and install a boundless variety of NAS Apps, creating a customized NAS device for themselves. Surveillance Center is one of ASUSTOR’s in-house developed Apps that allows users to easily setup their own surveillance system. Users need only enable the App in App Central to receive 4 free IP camera channels with which to set up their system with. Surveillance center features a web-based interface that allows users to easily monitor cameras, execute real-time recordings, schedule recordings and playback video. Furthermore, ASUSTOR users are able to configure event notification which notifies the user in the event of any disruptions, allowing the users to keep abreast of the latest critical developments.
