Videonetics Technology (India), the leader in platform independent enterprise class ‘Intelligent VMS’ technology is pleased to announce a licensing agreement with Next Level Security Systems. Videonetics ‘Intelligent Video Analytics’ technology is now integrated into the award-winning NLSS Gateway.
Videonetics technology has emerged after three years of extensive research in the domain of image, video and signal processing, AI and computer vision. Incorporation of intelligent video analytics technology will allow the NLSS Gateway to detect cases of intrusion, trespassing, theft, illegal parking and like, and alerting the security personnel to take appropriate actions in time. Videonetics technology can analyze real time video of a complex scene using a low computational bandwidth, which will allow users to connect more cameras for real time analysis. Critical public places, residences, shops or retails can be fully protected. The entire suite of intelligent video analytics applications is now included as a standard feature on the GW-500, GW-3000 and GW-5000.
The Analytics engine deploys unique scene learning and scene modeling technique, which is invariant to the type of camera sensors and shot noises. It works alike for color, monochrome, infrared and thermal imagery. The technology can also be used for forensic analysis where the video comes from a recorded video file.
“The addition of these advanced video analytics enhances the intelligence provided by our unified management platform and provides our customers with another tool to enhance safety and security,” said Jumbi Edulbehram, Vice President of Business Development, Next Level Security Systems.
“This integration is in line with our mission to add value to various security and surveillance equipment by embedding our Intelligent VMS components inside. Next Level is pioneering the way to integrate various security and surveillance services under a single platform without much overhead to the users, which the world looks forward to. ” said Dr. Tinku Acharya, CEO of Videonetics.”
“We have other video analytics driven solutions in pipeline which will be interwoven with various security related services without much cost impact and will enhance the efficiency and performance of security operators”.
