Canon U.S.A., Inc., a leader in digital imaging solutions, recently announced two senior executive appointments. Joseph Warren has been appointed to senior vice president and general manager of Customer Support Operations for Canon U.S.A., Inc. where he oversees support operations for the Company's consumer products divisions. Additionally, Mr. Warren has also been appointed as chairman and CEO of Canon Information Technology Services, Inc. where he will oversee Canon U.S.A.'s call center operations. Elsa de Sucre has been appointed president and general manager of Canon Panama where she will oversee all of Canon's operations in the region.

Mr. Warren, who most recently served as vice president and general manager for the Customer Support Operations, has held numerous manufacturing and customer support positions within Canon U.S.A. and its subsidiary, Canon Virginia, Inc., over his more than 20-year career with the Company.

Under Mr. Warren's leadership, Canon has recently added the Hollywood Professional Technology and Support Center to its industry-leading nationwide customer service and support network, as part of the Company's Cinema EOS launch last year.

Mrs. de Sucre most recently served as vice president of Canon Panama and draws from a wealth of experience from the many positions she has held since joining Canon in 1977. Mrs. de Sucre began her career at Canon in the Accounting Department overseeing accounts receivable for Latin American countries. In 1988 she was appointed supervisor of the Import & Export Division for Canon Panama and in 1996, she was given a new assignment as Human Resources and General Affairs manager. She has spent time working in Logistics and Legal as well as Technical Service of ISG Sales. In 2007 she received a promotion to General Manager before her appointment as vice president in 2010.
