IFSEC International demonstrates increased integration between the security and fire industries

UBM Live, the organizer of IFSEC International, is excited to announce the start of its next chapter at ExCel, London in 2014. Following a phenomenal 40th year, IFSEC International will enter its next decade by relocating from NEC, Birmingham to ExCeL London in June 2014.

IFSEC International 2013 took place from 13 – 16 May and proved to be a roaring success with 28,992 visitors (subject to ABC audit) flooding through the doors of IFSEC and FIREX, an increase of 2.4 per cent on 2011. A three per cent visitor increase was seen across the whole Protection and Management Week, running alongside FIREX International, Facilities Show and Safety and Health Expo.

Representing the latest product innovations, technologies, services and solutions applicable to this broad industry sector, IFSEC International demonstrates the increased integration between the security and fire industries. Uniting the entire buying chain under one roof, brought together 32 per cent end users and 68 per cent trade visitors, presenting endless networking options and the chance to take advantage of the breadth of education on offer. 

As IFSEC International prepares to move to London in 2014, more than 87 per cent of the floor plan has already been rebooked. This provides the perfect platform to take the show to new heights next year and welcome an even wider community of security and fire professionals to the event.
