Units in the 350A Series are designed specifically for interfacing to the speakers of intercoms manufactured by Aiphone, Bogen, Dukane, Rauland, and Stentofon, fully supporting the high quality and low distortion standards of these manufacturers. Since transceivers have dedicated transmit and receive functions, they are referred to herein as transmitters and receivers. All functions of the intercom systems to which the links are interfaced, e.g., push-to-call, push-to-talk, call, and hands-free operation, are transparent through the interface units. AGC circuitry and SMARTS system status indicators greatly ease installation.
