Bryan Glastonbury will now compete in the EY's UK Entrepreneur of the Year awards helpd in October

Bryan Glastonbury, Managing Director of Integral UK was named an award winner in the business services category at EY’s London & South Entrepreneur of the Year awards recently. Bryan will go on to compete as a finalist in the National awards in October.

Bryan confirmed that by recognizing the turnaround and growth in the business the judges were rewarding the whole Integral team. He stated that “the judges acknowledged the fact that we had developed a very strong management team to manage a workforce of nearly 3,000 staff and they could see a robust succession plan”.

Integral is one of the UK’s leading technical services providers delivering bespoke solutions for 24/7 planned and reactive building maintenance. The judges were impressed with Bryan’s business background and said he “dramatically raised service standards and turned a loss-making business around to achieve sustainable long-term growth.”

Richard Jones, EY’s senior partner in Bristol said “Bryan has turned his business around from loss-making into profit and successfully carried out a management buy-out. He was then able to further develop his business through managed acquisitions and organic growth.”

Bryan Glastonbury now joins 12 other finalists from the evening who will compete, along with the winners of other regional heats held previously in Scotland, the North and Midlands, to become EY’s UK Entrepreneur of the Year awards to be held in October.
